Current Openings
Position: Associate Attorney
As an Associate Attorney at HLH, you’ll handle a diverse caseload and work closely with senior attorneys on complex matters. Whether you’re drafting motions, conducting legal research, or appearing in court, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality legal services we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in case strategy development and execution
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and contracts
- Represent clients in court and during negotiations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation and transactional matters
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Oregon State Bar (or eligible for reciprocity)
- 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting (new graduates with relevant clerkships or internships will be considered)
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ethics and client service
